By accessing or using the Smart Campus platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

Smart Campus is operated by PR Infotech, registered in India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PR Infotech.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via platform notification or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Impersonating another person or using a false identity is prohibited.

You may use the Platform under one of the following roles: Student, Teacher, Organization Admin, Employer, or Parent. Each role has specific features and responsibilities outlined in our documentation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Teachers may create courses, schedule live classes, and manage student batches. All course content must comply with our content guidelines and applicable copyright laws.

Teachers earn a 75% commission on each student enrollment fee. Commissions are processed through the platform wallet system and are subject to applicable taxes.

Teachers must maintain a valid subscription to access teacher features. Subscription terms (pricing, duration, features) are displayed on the subscription page and may change with notice.

Live classes are conducted via Stream.io video integration. Teachers are responsible for the content and conduct of their classes. Recording and distribution of class content is governed by the teacher's own terms with their students.

Teachers must not share misleading credentials, fabricate reviews, or engage in any practice that misrepresents their qualifications or course quality.

Students may browse courses, apply to batches, and enroll upon acceptance. Enrollment creates a fee plan with installment payment obligations.

Missed installment payments may result in restricted access to classroom features until payment is current. Fee plan details are displayed before enrollment confirmation.

Students may not share course materials, class recordings, or access credentials with non-enrolled users. Doing so may result in account suspension.

Course completion and certifications are subject to the teacher's or organization's assessment criteria. Smart Campus does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from course completion.

Organizations (schools, colleges, training academies, coaching centers) can create workspaces, invite members, assign custom roles with granular permissions, and manage courses and batches.

Organization admins are responsible for the content, conduct, and compliance of their workspace. This includes managing member access, approving courses and batches, and handling PSA contracts.

Organization subscriptions are required to access organizational features. Subscription terms are displayed on the subscription management page.

PSA (Public-Private Service Agreement) contracts between organizations and partner institutions are managed through the platform. Both parties are bound by the contract terms they agree to, and Smart Campus serves only as the facilitating platform.

Employers may post job opportunities, access talent pipelines, and promote job listings. All job postings must be genuine, non-discriminatory, and comply with applicable labor laws.

Employer accounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate our guidelines or applicable regulations.

Promoted job listings and sponsored ads are paid services subject to admin approval. Pricing, duration, and targeting options are displayed during the promotion creation flow.

All payments are processed through Cashfree payment gateway in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service.

Teacher subscription fees, student enrollment fees, organization subscription fees, and promotion/advertising fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific product terms.

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Teacher commission payouts are processed through the wallet system. Withdrawal requests are subject to admin approval and applicable minimum balance requirements.

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Platform (courses, posts, comments, files). By uploading, you grant Smart Campus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Platform services.

You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, is defamatory, harassing, or illegal.

Smart Campus and the Smart Campus logo, platform design, and proprietary code are the intellectual property of PR Infotech. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

The social feed, promotions, and advertising content are subject to admin approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.

You must not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission; (d) interfere with Platform security features including rate limiting and bot protection; (e) post spam, phishing links, or misleading content; (f) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; (g) engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform experience for others.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Smart Campus is not responsible for: (a) the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of courses or educational content; (b) disputes between users, teachers, students, or organizations; (c) the hiring decisions of employers; (d) losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR Infotech's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Active subscriptions, pending payments, and financial obligations survive account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Content you've created may be retained or deleted per our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
