The Smart Campus name, logo, platform design, proprietary source code, and all related branding are the intellectual property of PR Infotech. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

User-generated content (courses, posts, files) remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. By uploading content, users grant Smart Campus a non-exclusive license to host and display it as necessary to provide the platform services.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the platform (Stream.io, Cashfree, Google, Cloudflare) are the property of their respective owners.

Smart Campus provides a platform for education, talent development, and employment matching. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, employment, or revenue from teaching.

Course quality, content accuracy, and teaching effectiveness are the responsibility of individual teachers and organizations. Smart Campus provides the tools and infrastructure but does not certify course content.

Job listings are posted by employers. Smart Campus verifies employer profiles but does not guarantee the accuracy of job descriptions, compensation, or employment terms.

PSA contracts facilitated through the platform are agreements between organizations and partner institutions. Smart Campus serves as the facilitating platform and is not a party to these agreements.

These legal terms and all platform policies are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of Smart Campus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

For users accessing the platform from outside India, please be aware that your data may be processed and stored on servers located in India and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Smart Campus complies with applicable Indian data protection regulations and is committed to implementing requirements under evolving data protection frameworks.

Financial records and audit logs are retained as required by Indian tax and financial regulations.

We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when legally required to do so.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).
